Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label to download and print at your convenience.
Pack Your Products
Securely package your items in their original box or a similar mailer, ensuring the cap is tightened to prevent leaks during transit.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
